X-Proof is designed to verify all types of Solid Edge data files against common errors (see table below for items currently being proofed). The program can be run in interactive or batch mode. All Solid Edge files of a specified directory are processed, optional processing sub directories too. An ASCII (UTF-8) report file is written.
Supported languages for the GUI and the report file currently are: English, German, Italian, French, Czech and Hungarian. X-Proof can easily be configured via an Ini-File and/or command line parameters. X-Proof allows filtering of Solid Edge Files to proof, based on the file type and/or a single name-value pair of internal Solid Edge file properties. The list of items being proofed will be expanded on demand of the customers.
