FlexSpooler - The flexible spooler that gives a boost to all your applications

FlexSpooler is a modern, resource-saving spool program that is compatible with Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. FlexSpooler is able to scan one or more directories at regular intervals for availability of certain file types or combinations of file types. This enables FlexSpooler to run synchroneously any application that is defined for the source directory and/or conforms to the primary file type.

A simple INI file enables the overall configuration of the FlexSpooler and the parameterisation of applications. A comprehensive log file, which enables protocolling/error analysis, can also be used for accounting. Installed as an NT-Service (using SRVANY), the spooling system is able to function immediately after the boot process and independently of a user session.

SeDft2Tif Solid Edge Draft File to TIF Converter SeDft2Tif is a Solid Edge automation program.
Its main purpose is to enable the conversion of a Solid Edge draft file to create one fully compressed TIF-G4 raster file for each draft sheet. This conversion process is flexible in terms of configuration and is fully automatic.

The naming of TIF result files makes use of a combination of elements from within the Solid Edge draft file name, internal file properties, formatted sheet numbers and fixed texts.

Another special feature is the option of updating file property values in the draft file prior to tiff conversion. This enables, for example, the automatic updating of property texts that are linked to strings in titleblock fields, legends and balloon texts. ASCII files with a simple value list or key value pair list can be used as an input format for the updating of properties.

In addition to TIF output, a coordinate file for balloon texts can be produced for each draft sheet, which is flexible and can be configured. This facilitates the creation, for example, of HTML imagetags, so that functions can be accessed by clicking on the balloon text displayed in the TIF file within a web browser. The configuration makes it possible to select the origin, unit of measurement (Pixel, mm, inch) and the data separator. The naming of coordinate files can also take place independently of the naming of TIF files, using either a combination of elements from within the Solid Edge draft file name, internal file properties values, formatted sheet numbers or fixed texts.

A simple INI file enables the configuration of the program. The basic parameters can also be transferred as command options and then have priority over the corresponding INI file inputs.

A comprehensive log file enables protocolling/error analysis.
