Use your 3D CAD models as a virtual control centre in Navisworks!

By using a vendor-independent OPC connection (OLE for process control) to
your existing manufacturing facilities you can utilize Navisworks to monitor
your production with ease. Data relevant for production can be added simply
by drag & drop (e.g. Siemens OPC Server, INAT, Softing, Kassl, MBS-Software,
MOTOMAN robotec).

  basic configuration of the system. Every message is assigned a severity
  (information, warning, or fault) and colour code.

- Production monitoring:
  Apply freely configurable thresholds to actual measurement values to give
  sufficient notice of irregularities (e.g. flow rate deviates by 10% from
  nominal value, or regular maintenance of a pump is due after 1500 hours of
  operation). Malfunctioning plant components are displayed in different
  colours depending on fault severity.

- Flexibility:
  Customized functional enhancements can be realized using Visual Basic
  scripts. By using ODBC any kind of database is supported for archiving
  process data and notifications.

- Reporting:
  Create lists of gauges, instruments, armatures, and piping including their
  data sheets. Protocol all events with dates and timestamps. Graphically
  represent actual values.
